The non-profit ERC3643 Association is excited to announce the addition of 14 new members in just two months, bringing the total ecosystem to selected 92 organizations. ERC-3643 is driving the standardization of compliant Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, ensuring global adoption within regulated financial systems.
14 new members have been accepted into the association since October, showcasing their commitment to advancing and promoting the ERC-3643 standard. The new members are: BX Digital, Hash Directors, ZILO, Inco, Plume Network, EisnerAmper, 21X, Smart Bonds, DitoBanx, Tokenovate, DFDL Legal & Tax, Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA), DTI Foundation, and GLEIF.
ERC-3643 standard is designed for regulated securities. With regulated distributors like BX Digital, a Swiss-based entity under the Börse Stuttgart Group, and 21X, the first regulated exchange under the EU DLT regime, joining the association, the development of standardized distribution rails for secondary trading can be significantly accelerated.
ZILO, backed by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, supports efficient asset management through its global transfer agency software, with institutional partners like State Street and Citi. Transfer agents play a critical role in tokenized funds, and having a leading software provider join the association will help standardize fund tokenization with ERC-3643, driving the industry’s shift forward.
Influential organizations such as the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA), the DTI Foundation—responsible for Digital Token Identifiers—and GLEIF—the global authority for LEI (Legal Entity Identifiers)—play a critical role in standardizing financial systems. Their involvement reinforces ERC-3643’s alignment with global financial compliance frameworks.
Companies like Plume Network, a leading RWA blockchain infrastructure provider with 3.75 million community users and plans to tokenize $1.25 billion in assets, Tokenovate, a pioneer in decentralized post-trade lifecycle management, Smart Bonds, Canada’s platform for tokenized corporate bonds, and DitoBanx, a regulated Digital Asset Service Provider under El Salvador’s CNAD, are driving new ERC-3643 use cases, further accelerating the adoption of the standard.
Leading firms like EisnerAmper, specializing in blockchain tax and advisory services, and DFDL Legal & Tax, known for expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments in Asia, bring valuable legal insights from different regions and angles to shape the ERC-3643 use cases.
Hash Directors offers directorship services for Web3 entities, providing governance expertise to ERC-3643 builders. Inco enhances financial services innovation and blockchain privacy solutions, addressing confidentiality challenges and supporting specific confidential ERC-3643 projects launched in collaboration with the association.
This year also wrapped up as an epic year for ERC-3643 as it has been highlighted as an example of industry implementations referenced in the Funds Framework and Fixed Income Framework of Project Guardian, a collaborative initiative led by the Monetary Authority of Singapore that brings multiple industries together.
As ERC-3643 continues to gain global momentum with growing institutional adoption and regulatory recognition, the association is committed to driving further innovation and collaboration in 2025. With a strong foundation of 92 members, we look forward to expanding real-world use cases, strengthening regulatory alignment, and accelerating the adoption of tokenized assets worldwide. Together, we will shape the future of compliant and interoperable finance.
